Adult Classes

We are holding a weekly, adult dance class on Thursdays!

​

Invited are non-dancers and dancers alike! This is mostly a contemporary based class and we will also be throwing in some variety because why not?! We will do technique, improvisation, choreography, fitness, and other genres every once-in-a-while. Keep tabs on our social media for weekly updates!

Bring your friends and family and let your beautiful bodies find movement, agility, strength, musicality, life, and zest!
