Boys 5-11 years old Tuesday, 6:15-7:15pm Beginning the week of Sept. 9 Art City Academy $440/$25 Registration Fee Please bring a waterbottle. Adjustments to the schedule may be made based on enrollment. Booking Policy

The Creative DanceMakers Studio has my permission to use my or my child's photograph or videos taken in association with Creative DanceMakers, to promote the studio. I understand that the images, but never names, may be used in print publications, video, online publications, presentations, the studio website, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I also understand that I have the ability to opt out of this by filling out the Media Concent form found on the CDM website: https://forms.gle/cTjjtndntHjVMLNr7 Cancelling may be done 10 days prior to the beginning of class with the refund. Adjusted refunds may still be offered with a later cancellation; please contact our registration specialist at creativedance23@gmail.com.
